Job Description Job Description Tekon – Technical Consultants, Inc the leading certified & independent Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) Contractor serving New England, is looking for an HVAC Testing & Balancing Technician to start immediately! Starting pay is $30.56 – $56.00 an hour depending on experience & location with the total wage / benefit package of over $100/hr.. Experience: Journeyman or 3 year experienced TAB Technician (depending on held/desired certifications) MUTIPLE Positions available throughout New England Duties may include, but are not limited to: * Perform TAB services for air and hydronic heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in new construction and renovation projects * Test and balance HVAC systems using established NEBB procedures with company provided testing equipment * Document all test results with true and accurate methods using company documentation procedures * Communicate any deficiencies or recommendations to supervisor and client continuously throughout the project * Coordinate closely with other construction trades such as electrical, mechanical, control contractor, and design team * Uphold the company’s values and exhibit a strong work ethic at all times * Follow all company, jobsite, and OSHA safety policies and practices * Continually improve and develop technical skills to better serve our clients Requirements: * Minimum 3 year HVAC experience. * Valid Drivers License * Valid Social Security Number * TABB, NEBB and/or AABC certifications not required but highly desired!!
